Hi, I’m Trisha!
I first picked up a camera in 2009 as an elective class in college, and immediately fell in love with it. It runs in my family, too: my grandfather, father, and my sister. While we each have different subjects that we love to photograph, you can find any of us with a camera at any given time. For me, what started out as an occasional hobby with friends and family has grown into a full blown passion that I hope to take me around the world! I wouldn't be where I am now, and my dreams would certainly not be possible without my amazing clients. Whether you’re new to CMP, or have spent years watching me grow, I greatly appreciate all the love and support!
The name "Cedar Mountain Photography" comes from an amalgamation of multiple characteristics. Cedar wood is very vibrant, but soft in color, much like my editing style. Cedar wood is also strong and frequently used for chests to preserve precious items and family heirlooms. Photography is a way of preserving memories.
Mountains are peaceful and calming, strong and steadfast. In addition to providing my clients with beautiful photographs, I also bring a sense of peace and calm to my clients during otherwise stressful events (most frequently weddings).
There is one common sentiment throughout all photography sessions and events: love. Whether it's love of family, accomplishments, a significant other, or self-love, I'm here to celebrate that with you. I serve one, love all, and capture everything.
